IT infrastructure support & maintenance
We look after servers, network, workstations and backup β in the cloud, in your server room, or both β with response times written into the contract.
What it actually is
This is the monthly service that gives your infrastructure someone watching it before it breaks, not only afterwards. Monitoring, updates, verified backups, and a number that a person answers when something is wrong.
We cover on-premise infrastructure β physical servers, virtualisation, switches, firewall, workstations β as well as cloud resources, Microsoft 365 and hosted servers. Most Romanian companies have both and need one supplier who can see both.
We always start with an audit. We cannot promise a response time on infrastructure we have never seen, and the audit almost always turns up a backup that has not been tested in a year.
Who it is for
- Companies of 20β300 employees with no IT department, or with a single administrator who cannot cover holidays and emergencies.
- Businesses with a small IT team that wants to hand off maintenance routine and work on projects instead.
- Organisations with several sites, where the link between them is business-critical.
- Companies that moved partly to the cloud and were left with two worlds to administer.
Who it is not for
- Break-fix only, with no monitoring and no prevention. We cannot guarantee response times on infrastructure we do not watch.
- Environments where the client refuses security updates. We do not take responsibility for systems we are not allowed to maintain.
- Companies under 10 users, where a monthly contract rarely makes economic sense.
What we actually do
Initial audit and inventory
We document what hardware exists, what runs on it, which licences are active and which warranties have lapsed. The output includes a risk list ordered by consequence.
Continuous monitoring
We watch availability, disk space, temperature, drive health, expiring certificates and backup success. The alerts come to us, not to you.
Updates and security patching
We apply updates in agreed windows with a rollback path, and keep a record of what was applied and when, for audits.
Backup and restore testing
We configure backups to the 3-2-1 rule and, at least quarterly, actually restore a data set. An untested backup is not a backup.
User helpdesk
A single point of contact by email or phone, with trackable tickets and response times graded by severity.
Microsoft 365 and identity administration
Accounts, permissions, two-factor authentication, device policies, and a leaver handled as a procedure rather than an improvisation.
Monthly report and planning
What happened, what was resolved, what is about to expire or fail, and what budget to prepare for next quarter.

- 2
Initial remediation
2β4 weeksWe fix what we found critical: backup, missing updates, unprotected access.

What you supply
- Administrative access to hardware, the domain and the cloud console.
- Contacts for existing suppliers: internet, telephony, licences.
- Someone on your side who can confirm maintenance windows.
- Existing documentation and passwords, in whatever state they are in.
- Written consent for access to data that inevitably passes under an administrator's eyes.
What it costs
Price is calculated per user and per server, at a service level you choose. The initial audit is paid once and is credited against the first month if you sign the contract.

What does monthly IT support cost for a Romanian company?+
From β¬22 per user per month for business-hours support, and from β¬38 per user per month for around-the-clock cover of critical systems. Servers are charged separately. For a 40-user company with two servers, a standard contract starts at roughly β¬1,100 a month.
What does the contractual response time actually mean?+
It is the interval in which an engineer picks the ticket up and starts work, not the interval in which the problem is solved. For major incidents β a system unavailable to several users β it is 4 hours on the standard package and 1 hour on the extended one. The times are reported monthly, including the months we missed them.
Do you take on on-premise infrastructure, not just cloud?+
Yes, and most contracts cover both. We administer physical servers and virtualisation, network and firewall, alongside Microsoft 365 and resources in Azure or another cloud. We do not require you to migrate before we take you on.
Why do you insist on an audit before the contract?+
Because a response time promised on unseen infrastructure is a promise with nothing behind it. The audit shows which risks we are taking on and what needs fixing first, and if you sign the contract its cost is credited against the first invoice.
What if we already have an internal IT administrator?+
We work alongside them. Typically we take monitoring, backup, patching and routine tickets, and the internal administrator stays on projects and on the relationship with users. It is also what covers holidays and days off.

We find out how someone could get into your company before somebody else does, and close the holes in order of severity.

We draw the system before it is built β which components exist, how they talk, what happens when one fails, and what the whole thing costs.
Shall we talk about your project?
Thirty minutes, no obligation, at the end of which you know whether we can help and roughly what budget it takes.
